I have been a professional groomer for thirty-five years and own my own grooming shop, The Doggie Depot, in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

Standard Poodles neither shed nor have dog odor but they do require a great deal of grooming. People interested in the breed must be willing to take on the commitment of having their dog groomed every four to five weeks. I recommend having your dog professionally groomed to ensure its full potential of beauty and health.
